Proposal

The categories of unlawful acts are:

* Felony Violation
* Felony Restorable Violation
* Felony Misdemeanor
* Restorable Violation
* Misdemeanor

Discussion

With the understanding that punishments can vary according to the crime, these categories set the minimum or maximum punishment or the type of law enforcement response.

If new categories are identified, they should be added to this proposal.
