A very sad incident of someone who pulled a trigger in anger and killed an innocent child.
We need to amend the constitution to be clear that the people have a right to well-regulated militia and that the government may regulate the sale and ownership and use of personal weapons. People who carry weapons need to be trained to store, maintain, carry, and operate those weapons safely and to use them only for defense and other approved activities such as training at the range and hunting.
