Proposal:

All students should have an opportunity to learn the scientific method and be introduced to scientific study in a variety of topics such as physics, chemistry, geology, biology, and cosmology.

Discussion:

Science is a systematic method of gaining knowledge about the world. It includes observation, investigation, and explanation.

Students who are interested in achieving more should have an opportunity to study and investigate more in depth in these topics or additional topics such as information science, experiment design, botany, zoology, and more.
