KeymasterThe following rights apply only to females due to their unique biological features:
Right to breastfeed. No person shall prevent a female from breastfeeding her baby. This is an application of the right to equal opportunity, for females who are breastfeeding to enjoy and make use of public spaces (not necessarily government-owned). If there is a reason to ask a female not to breastfeed at a particular place and time, accommodations must be made to relocate to another similar place where the breastfeeding would be allowed while still benefitting from whatever facilities were available at the original location. Asking a female who is breastfeeding at a dining room table to relocate to a bathroom would not be acceptable, for example. This right is not intended to allow females who are breastfeeding to do it anywhere, anytime, without regard for other people. It’s intended to protect females who are breastfeeding such that if a particular place at a particular time has a restriction, that it also provides a suitable accommodation. A restriction without a suitable accommodation would be violating this right.
Right to life for unborn child. No person shall harm or kill a pregnant female’s unborn child, except in defense, law enforcement, or lawful military combat. This is an application of the right to life, for females who are pregnant. This means a violation of this right, other than its stated exceptions, which results in the death of the unborn child is the crime of murder. Obviously the defense exception doesn’t mean that someone is defending themselves against the unborn child — it’s for situations where a pregnant female is attacking someone and that person is defending themselves and during the altercation or as a consequence of the altercation the unborn child is harmed or killed, or for situations where a pregnant female fires at law enforcement and officers fire back, or for situations where a pregnant female is on a battlefield as an enemy combatant or as a civilian who was harmed unintentionally. Furthermore, this right does not prevent a female from seeking an abortion because every person may waive their own rights. People who know about the pregnant female’s intention to abort the pregnancy have an obligation to help preserve the unborn child’s future life by influencing the pregnant female to seek mental health or medical assistance instead. However, when a pregnant female waives the right to life of the unborn child, a person assisting her with an abortion shall not be considered to be violating her female rights. The unborn child is not a person and does not have individual rights because no interaction with the unborn child is possible except through the pregnant female’s body. To be clear, there is no “right to abortion” and no person shall be compelled to assist a pregnant female with an abortion. This means the legislature may enact laws limiting the conditions under which licensed medical professionals may assist with an abortion, but may not enact laws prohibiting pregnant females from seeking an abortion or traveling to seek an abortion.
Right to equal opportunity for dress codes. No person shall require a female to wear clothing or accessories in places where males are not required to wear the same clothing or accessories. No person shall prohibit a female from not wearing clothing or accessories where males are not prohibited from from not wearing the same clothing or accessories. Some examples include: if males are allowed to be topless at a place such as a park or beach then females must also be allowed to be topless there; if males are not required to wear skirts at school then females must also not be required to wear skirts at school; if males are not required to wear bras then females must also not be required to wear bras. However, if a workplace requires wearing pants, steel-toe boots, and hard hats, then males and females would all be wearing pants, steel-toe boots, and hard hats there.
